Soon the Great Awakening will occur and millions of Necrons will awaken and bring peace, order and stability to the galaxy (and likely large numbers of Dynastic Wars of Secession). Sadly, for the Necron Dynasties to elevate themselves to their rightful place in the Galaxy and beyond, all of those who aren't already like you, and kneeling in humble gratitude and worship to your immortal betters, might have to be cleansed. But your Necron Overlords aren't without hearts... figuratively speaking.
As their Mortal Servant, they have empowered you to go forth and use that canny meatbrain initiative and creativity of yours to go across the Multiverse and collect worthy people, places and things for the Necron Archaeovists to preserve in their vaults, museums and galleries. Remember, regardless of how your targets might react, your doing this for their good as much as for the benefit of the Necron Dynasties.
Your Mission, Which You Will Choose to Accept:

Restrictions: While it's all well and good to attempt to capture the most powerful, dangerous and advanced thing you can find in the Multiverse, there are a lot of things that could easily resist attempts at being drawn into tesseract chambers or stasis fields, or even escape their clutches. Also just as importantly, in the outside chance the galleries and museums are compromised in some way, some things are just too dangerous for the Necrons to keep on display. The Necrons are wary enough of trapping C'tan shards in secure hidden vaults, they don't want to make the problem worse by trying to entrap more demigods and extraordinarily powerful beings and technology for lockup in one of their Museums. Space Marines and Space Monsters sure. Culture Minds and Super Saiyans less so. More problems than they are worth.
