Imperium according to TTS

Just something fun to take a break from serious stuff...

So if Imperium was run by High Lords from TTS (If Emperor Had A Text-To-Speech Device), and their orders were actually obeyed, what would it look like?

Few things I can recall are:
- everybody on Terra would suffocate as breathing would be outlawed for everyone but the High Lords
- Imperial Guard would be issuing its troops bananas instead of lasguns
