Only problem is it damn difficult. I have found something about how Lovecraft wrote his stories and why he used that style.

Problem is : can I fill 30/40 pages with that alone?

I could write about narrative BUT if I want to become an English teacher in the near future it has to be about the English language in some form.

You totally can. It is an interesting topic in and of itself. And if you are having problems filling it out...why don't you try to expand on it for the last little bit? Maybe come up with what you think may be a way to build upon it?

So for the introduction I can fill 1 to 2/5 pages, addressing him with biographical stuff.

There is also the option of contacting (through email) the expert on Lovecraft. Joshi. He has a contact on his page.

Does Lovecraft have a structure or form to his writing that helps him convey the narrative?

-I haven't read HPL's work in decades.

In a way it is. Unless that is my conception of form : it's anachronistic form of what he considered pure English. I had a paper or book about it but I lost it in the myriad of the 10TB I have of data.

10 TB of data he says...dear Lord man!

It's not all Lovecraft :ROFLMAO: it's tv series, movies, books, audiobooks , comics and videogames.

I am sort of collector and amateurish conservationist archivist.

What can I say, I sailed the (internet) seas and got addicted. I have still 664 movies to watch and a few hundreds series.

I remember some old parody from polis fanzin, when author made funny story about how chicken are hidden eldrith creatures taking over Earth without anybody noticing using that style.
Problem is,as usually forget both author and title.

“The act of writing means you wish to communicate. Whether you’re writing a memoir for yourself you put in a drawer, or you write a poem and you send it to a little magazine, or you write for publication, it always means – the form follows function.”
Harlan Ellison

One of the quotes I am thinking of using in my thesis. I know Ellison wrote more than 1 foreword / introduction to Lovecraft but for the life of me can't find them.

I also tried to use various search engines and Google Scholar. The latter is disappointing, it gives me abundantly stuff I don't need. It seems (so far) useless and pointless as Stadia.
