What If? Humans did not "grow old" and instead dropped dead after starting to experience a "world weariness"?

Human beings' bodily functions don't degrade with age, losing weight doesn't become harder, there's no menopause, you don't go bald unless you shave your head or have too much oils in your body, your skin doesn't wrinkle either

On average you die around 90-100 though

How would human history adapt to this longterm?

It is as Abh from Crest of the Stars - expect that they could live up to 250 years, and one day simply do not awake.

Is this out of a sudden, or were 'oomies always like that?

Actually quite close to Tolkien's dwarves. Althought it took them about a decade to die after a healthy life of around 230-250 years.
