How would Turians see IoM

Not a "what if" or a vs, but more of a psychological/culturological/sociological question, so I figured it would fit here.

How would Turians (and other Citadel species) see Imperium of Man, beyond its xenocidal tendencies? What I mean is in terms of political organization, social philosophy, military doctrines and organization and so on?

At which date are we taking the Imperium from exactly? very differents beast depending on it.
They would probably laugh at the IoM superstition.
«Evil Gods of immense power? A divine Emperor of unparallaled might guiding them? Pffft, what a barbaric and superstitious people, how they could come so far, we’ll never know. »
...If only they knew.
On the other hand, there would be a bit of shame that such « Barbarian » managed to conquer most of the galaxy, when the Citadel only explored 1%.

As an enemy beyond their comprehension? I mean the IoM is more alien to the Turians than the Reapers are.

Granted, the Turians don't really get to have opinions about the IoM considering that the Turians are dead pretty much immediately.

Much the same applies to all of the rest of the ME species.

The IoM and ME simply operate on scales that are beyond comprehension. I mean Holy Terra has a larger population than the entirety of Citadel space. The IoM literally has more men fighting and dying on battlefields across the galaxy every day than the Council has citizens.

Take the Turians, give them a disregard for casualties that would make the pre-Genophage Krogan blush, equip them with weapons that would make a Salarian salivate, and you have Imperial Guard forces.

The IoM also has a belief system that is, well, utterly alien to that of the Citadel. ME1 Cerberus humanity first philosophy would by considered heretically xenophilic by the IoM's standards.

And in space? What the IoM considers a basically disposable scout vessel is on par in sheer size with an ME dreadnought. There are IoM vessels that fire individual rounds from their weapons that are larger than ME frigates. ME spinal mounts on Dreadnoughts would (if they were lucky) barely manage to scratch the paint on an IoM warship without void shields.

ME throws single to double digit kilotons out of projectiles moving at one to two percent of lightspeed. That is basically a point defense weapon as far as the IoM is concerned.

And this is all before you get into anything Warp related or the more outre Mechanicum/Inquisitorial toys.

Honestly? The Citadel probably refuses to face what the IoM is and goes

Terrible awe. They'd be aghast at the sheer waste of manpower and resources, the incredible inefficiency on a galactic scale... and would be in awe that somehow, inexplicably, the Imperium manages to hold the line and isn't collapsing in itself (when it should).
I actually believe the opposite, somewhat, remember, the citadel is much much smaller, they have safe safer than light, good interstellar communication (they have the space!Internet) and even with all that, they have vast swath of territory that they are unable to control.
In comparison, the IoM has a territory massive beyond belief, has a faster than light travel method that literally have them move through enemies heartland, spotty communication, and even with all that, they still exist as a Galactic Hegemon able to fight off endless threats, and all of the while their head of state is sitting unresponsive on a throne for thousand of years
Politician in the Citadel would clap quietly, and go « ....How on Palavene/Thessia/Sur’kesh did you guys pull that off. »
They’d probably excuse the wastage, considering ;)

Assuming that they don't just turn their noses up at the uncultured, superstitious xenophobes.
