Warhammer 40K How would galactic balance be affected if humanity evolved to Custodes level?

Basically assume that by some miracle the Emperor of Mankind manages to figure out a way to cheaply provide a gene-therapy that will be able to create Custodes very cheaply. Assume that basically it's about as cheap to produce and manufacture as let's say Covid-19 vaccines were to the US. And after injecting said gene-therapy to a pair of male and female human, their resulting offspring of both sexes will be born as Custodes level beings. And that this gene-therapy is transported across the Imperium turning the next generations born into Custodes from the start.

How will the galactic balance be affected by this?

Except...Custodes level Humanity means a LOT of things.

1. Exceptional loyalty to Emperor, 1st and foremost.
2. Virtually unparalleled combat capability. Even the Imperial Guard regiments would be ridiculous levels of competent and frightening to face.
3. If early enough in the TL, then there's no need to make the Primarchs. So...likely no inherent point for Chaos to subborn them. This is the biggest deal as it eliminates a lot of the pull Chaos has with the basic human.

So, sorta like the highly competent, highly vetted, and very loyal Swiss Mercenaries the Vatican employs ... but more widespread.

If you're in Rome you do not mess with a brightly and ostentatiously dressed Renaissance cosplayer because that cosplayer just might be and probably is one of the Pope's bodyguards.

No, they are actually following Big E's grand plan.

The guy had a lot of contingencies, including Girlyman and Belisarius Cawl.

Also, the Space Marines, even the Primarchs were just a stopgap he mass produced virtually last moment.

Humanity is still evolving into a more powerful psychic race IMHO, and with its devotion the GEoM is turning into a de fact Warp God of Mankind.

As to everyone becoming Custodes, well, the increased devotion, virtually unlimited lifespan and possibly enhanced psycher abilities can just lead to the Star Child awakening faster.
