Basically assuming Forerunners with all of their territory and fleets are transported to 40k verse in the 41st millenium, how would they do there? And would they do better or worse in the 31st millenium?

30K Imperium of Man was larger and more stable then in 40K right? The mere lack of Chaos and the Tyranids and even more minor annoyances like the Tau or whatnot also don't exist. But you'd still have 'The Beast' Greenskins threat. So the Forerunners would have to contrast with that then as opposed to their traditional foe, the Flood.

40K would just be that much more chaotic, especially now with the Fall of Cadia but it might mean more opportunities for expansion due to the more fractured nature of the setting.

Considering that their technology was far better then IoM,and that they had scientists, not techno cultists, they would be fine.Unless Chaos get them from within.
