How someone who was part of the leftist Cathedral power establishment, left it.

So, this is an interesting interview, wherein a former leftist describes her gradual escape from the SJW cult. Interestingly, the point where she started waking up was the 2016 election, and seeing leftists cheering on violence against Trump supporters.

It's a good hour long, but it has lots of food for thought. I was particularly struck by how this is explicitly somebody who was part of the power establishment, gatekeeping non-SJWs out of media work, and now has left that behind.

Part of her argument is actually that the indoctrination requires a long time to happen and a lot of moderation growing in extremism. It seems to me that the logical conclusion of this is that recruitment will falter as they have escalated their tactics to publicly. Part of the reason she left is that they became violent in public.

Or, the younger generation will see the current state as the norm and the "slow boil" can start all over again from a starting point that is far further to the left.

I think we'll see some of both. Remember, not a lot of these hard leftists have children, part of why they siezed control of education, is because they need to indoctrinate the children of others.

I think as said before, it helps if it's "moderated" or not way too obvious, try and be too obvious in-terms of indoctrination for both education and maybe even try it with entertainment media

You'll REALLY turn people or particularly kids off

Yes,if leftist used soviet style propaganda, people would either follow becouse of fear and privilages,or laugh if terror would be to weak.
Only boiling frog tactic work.

I'm about half way through it, but it is interesting that someone like her who was in the system to some degree did defect. Its both comforting and discomforting to see someone who was that deep who really believed they were doing good as deep as they were.

Comforting in that there were, at least as of 2016, still people on that side capable of seeing reason and who really aren't just malicious man haters, worrying because it shows just how deep the reality warping can go.
