H2H only.

MMA fighters are allowed brass knuckles

How strong is he? I mean evidently he's like 10-12 feet tall but is he proportionally strong for his size?

So, a 10-12 foot tall humanoid with the build of Brock Lesnar? Assuming that humanoid could meet or exceed the amount of calories a humanoid of that size, with that muscular of a build and metabolism, would have to consume - it would be enormous - to function at an athletic level, well it would probably weigh as much as a large bear...

Of course he's the weight of a large bear, he's the size of a large bear haha! ;D

Definitely proportionally strong. Same race does this

And as far as we're aware the armor is just armor not service assisted or anything like that.

Irc they're stated to weigh 800 pounds and almost pure muscle

We might need like...50 MMA dudes then? Assuming they do have the brass knuckles and swarm him? Maybe a hundred?

They also have double hearts and extreme pain tolerance, shrugging off attacks that tear at their arm/bicep but still being able to kill their assassin (with the same injured limb I believe) or laughing off SMG fire injuries that enter their body.

Double hearts won't matter too much because nobody here has piercing weapons, but if they have extreme pain tolerances that means they can't just knock him out from shock very easily. That's not good for the MMA fighters who are otherwise quite easy to squish.
Basically the MMA guys need to just drag him down with sheer numbers and smack him in the head until he goes out for good, he's huge but there's only so much trauma you can take before you drop unless you're the size of a whale.

MMA isn't exactly cultivating a skill set honed towards multiple individuals trying to swarm a superhuman in hand to hand combat.

Plus if the target is resilient to significant amounts of body trauma then unarmed strikes would be negligible regardless of the Human level practitioner. I'm not sure if any worthwhile estimate can be made without the numbers seeming super arbitrary.

Wait I just realized this OP didn't specify excluding fictional MMA fighters...

First we send in Jeffry McWild. He'll be all like, oh I'm going to see what this super huge dude wants. People will suspect he's going to die because up to this point no one even mentioned his name. Sadly this scenario is a horror movie for MMA fighters and well... he is Black... RIP.

I'm sending in Craig Marduk first. Mainly because he's the biggest MMA boi here.

Then Mila with the surprise brass knuckle bonking. He won't see her coming because he thinks she's just a serving lady. Vanessa Lewis will provide backup with her Vale Tudo skills.

When he's distracted by beating up on girls the deadly assassin BAYMAN from RuZZia will show up, fresh from Dead or Alive to see if he will eliminate his target... DEAD OR ALIVE. We'll see if he overcomes death this time (he won't).

Then after all of them are defeated, Luke from Street Fighter VI will show up because Capcom still wants to push him as a protaganist SMH.

And if they all fail, Terry Bogard will have to come in, stepping over the bodies of his fallen predecessors and show this superhuman foe that no one is too big to be Power Dunked on(tm).

If that doesn't work, then my final duo will have to pounce on him. Mike Haggar, the famous Mayor-Daddy himself and his (prospective) Son in Law, Cody Travers.

So eight to ten MMA fighters Max... but I'm thinking Six is the most likely max. Probably less.

Not sure why I have them attacking one or two at a time. Just feels right.

The Alien Beef Boy has this strength/durability feat too.

Arm ramming through multi story tall mech and not taking any noticeable damage, had help from jetpack buttt did take the explosion.

Well I'm actually not that familiar with Virtua Fighter but since Jeffry McWild is the destined to die, it doesn't matter.

Craig Marduk, strength feat wise, was able to lift up one of those metal towers you see on the edges of a concert (that happened to have Poison sitting on) and tear it off of the ground and smash it on the ring. And he didn't seem like he was exerting too much strength to do so. And this was after Poison's boytoy knocked him out of the ring.

He also ripped up a corner of the ring, including the metal girder beneath it and swung it around like a club during a match. I can't find the specific video of it online. Oh wait here's a Gif.

Bayman meanwhile was able to hold his own against Kasumi and Hayate (with Bayman having an injured hand and surviving a bit of an explosion and being poisoned and the like) and the ninja characters in Dead or Alive have ridiculous feats in general. Hayate and Kasumi both "scale" to Ryu Hayabusa whose taken on tanks and attack helicopters with his martial arts abilities and ninja energy blast ninpo abilities. Now Bayman might not be able to do that, but using power scaling, he should be in that ballpark. Similar with the fighting speed (bullet time stuff).

Terry Bogard fought a guy while spinning so fast he was like a tornado... WHILE GETTING BEAT UP BY ANOTHER FASTER STRONGER TORNADO!!! Then his Geyser Wave did this.

It's his best move probably.

But he's also done the standard fighter stuff of dodging bullets and knocking opponents off into the distance with punches and blows and ki blasts.

Mayor Mike Haggar meanwhile wrestles Bull Sharks according to his background lore. So this is canon... probably.

He also does this to a car... and later a SUV

He also regularly punches through steel doors and elevator doors and walls with his bare hands. He also took being cheap shotted through a desk with nary a bother which makes sense considering via power scaling he takes blows from people of similar strength classes.

I'd have to look up Cody, Mila and Vanessa though the franchises have some pretty formidable feats if we go with power scaling opponents they fought in canon.
