April 2nd, 1969: Former President General Dwight David Eisenhower laid to rest inside the Place of Meditation on the grounds of the Dwight D. Eisenhower Presidential Library in Abilene, KS.
26:16 The 21 Cannon Salute fired outside.
Followed by the 3 volley gun salute & taps.
*From what I've heard, cameras were barred from filming inside Place of Meditation due to the Eisenhower family preferring privacy.
