They can bring to bear the combined forces of the Helghan Empire and the ISA, the super powered Conduits from Infamous, the Resistance Alternate Earth and Chimera Alien Species, Calypso's Earth of the Twisted Metal franchise, and the near modern Earths of SOCOM: Navy Seals and Syphon Filter which can fill out the ground armies. They could even get the Bots potentially from the peak of the Horizon post-apocalyptic setting.
Killzones space capability will be enhanced by the Empire and Free League of Colony Wars.
But the real wild card will be when Kratos, the God of War shows up along with the various Pantheon of deities, monsters and other denizens of those mythological realms.
Won't even have to add things like Jak & Dexter, Ratchet & Clank or Little Big Planet and other platformer madness.
Then you got Sony Pictures who can bring two Spider-man universes to bear as well as Men in Black which has many out of context threats and then the animated properties they own.

The OP seemed open to interpretation.
You can't destroy Sony without destroying their core brands and franchises.
If anything Sony is doing the smart thing in this scenario with Player counts in Helldivers dropping up to two thirds, it should make Sony's victory all the more assured due to less potential Helldivers
