What if Germany also invades the Netherlands in 1914 at the start of World War I as part of the Schlieffen Plan? The SP originally called for the invasion of the Netherlands before Moltke the Younger changed this plan; let's say that he avoids doing that.

What effect does a German occupation of the Netherlands have on WWI as well as on the post-WWI peace settlement and on post-WWI developments? In addition, which German territories do the Dutch acquire after the end of WWI and where exactly does Kaiser Bill seek exile after WWI if Germany still loses WWI in this TL, as is probably likely?

No impact on the 1914 invasion of France, as the Netherlander RR pass through Liege (taken) or Antverp (not taken).
I suspect that the Dutch will successfully defend along their fortified/flooded lines all war long, thus tying up some 10-20 Landwehr Divisions.

British warmongers jizz themselves in glee at the casus belli.
Resources of occupied Dutch areas, same as those of Belgium and other conquests, are mostly wasted/not used.

Personally I'd go with C +southern B (plus territories #28 and 32 for a straighter border).
:p

In 1918 the Supreme Warlord flees either to Denmark or Switzerland.

Worth noting that out of all of the German prefectures in 1900, not a single one of them was even 10% Dutch-speaking:

In contrast, Malmedy was almost 30% Walloon-speaking in 1900.

In OTL they use Holland to buy war materials through dutch from british - less war materials/only from Sweden and Denmark/,they would last faster.

Does the February Revolution still occur in Russia, though?

Good question. If german revolution occured in 1916,let say after more succesfull Brusiłow offensive, then we have tsar Russia.
Big difference.
Kiereński let Poland be free, when for tsar we were his subjects which must obey and be happy to speak polish in our own homes.
But,both sides would crush Ukraine - for them it was part of Russia.
And tsar would crush revolution in Germany, when Kiereński could let them be.

What would the Anglo-French think about a German Revolution?

They are killing each other for revolution? well, let drink wine/beer and enjoy. We would come to made order, when it would be few millions germans less.
They were no good samaritans, but imperialists who thought about their empires.Weak, bloodied germany would be best for them.
Tsar,on other hand, was kinda idealistic - so he would send orthodox crusade to smite infidels.
