EU German Antifa Activist group "No Pixels for Fascists" partners with EA and mainstream media to "stop right wing rhetoric"

Yep. Antifa and the Far Left see all culture as being a political battle space.

The sooner we realize that, the better we will be able to fight them.

So...SB's official Discord has been set up.

Can it be accessed from other Discord servers or just SB?

Problem is getting guys dismissing it to take it seriously and for companies to realize who’s the sinking boat and how these guys they hire will gladly burn the company to the ground with all the employees and heads in it if it means getting likes on twitter

Companies don't know who they are and their HR departments are nothing more than government mandated political commissars enforcing the policy of equality unto suicide. What is needed is a comprehensive blacklist of these guys, call it a political directory of the Left, so that the boss man can quietly roundfile their resumes.

Fine, the lefties can do as they please. The point is that if you as a boss get Crazy Train Disrupter McBeytch hired on because HR never told you that sh/e was a Berkley Communist that sued every company that she ever worked for and it takes you six years of your life and a million dollars in legal fees to crap her out, you will love to find mirror sites in Bolivia and Timbuktu with the names of all the College crazys and CPUSA members on it while considering the next hire. I'm thinking more Wikileaks than McCarthy.

You mean the bosses find out ahead of time who/what they now have in their companies and what they did or are still doing, but now under their “protection”, not helped by the fact they have employees who are already crazy ideological

I don’t think company heads actually pay that much attention to stuff related to PR in-regards to their employees who are “creators” and given more credit to making stuff than all the over stressed animators & computer guys

But that may change....will not be so pretty and may require the kind of boss that is direct, involved and likely to be able to scare em into silence

Yeah, no, that's not what HR is for or does. I actually have a degree in business management (well, sorta. Haven't graduated yet but I passed all my core classes, just need a few electives to complete the program), and it included a number of courses on HR.

HR exists for the solo reason of making sure people can't sue you. They do not care what your workforce looks like, who you hire and who you fire, so long as none of those things let someone sue you. It is 100% about corporate ass covering and nothing more.

I thought it was also about checking for workplace liabilities? Or firing employees who “cost too much” or actually are slacking off or not putting sufficient effort or are being affected by their mental issues too much and so on

That depends on what you mean.

Or firing employees who “cost too much” or actually are slacking off or not putting sufficient effort or are being affected by their mental issues too much and so on

The first two, no, that's something that person's supervisor does.

The mental issues one, maybe, but HR would be more likely to intervene and stop them from getting fired, because if you fire someone because they have mental issues, that person can sue you. HR is really more focused on hiring and training then firing.

How much do Diversity/Political Hires get "trained" before full-entry on hire

The stuff in my courses have generally not acknowledged the widespread existence of such people, the closest they get is suggesting that a diverse workforce is more valuable because it means you'll more likely have people on your staff that can help you tailor your product to specific markets.

HR training is generally more along the lines of general company policy stuff, departments handle thier own job specific training. For example, where I work, HR manages all the general corporate stuff or legal requirements, like sexual harassment training and whatnot, but there's another department that actual handles training the guys out on the floor how to weld or use machinery, or how the DMAIC process should be run, and HR just keeps track of who's been trained on what and keeps a record of that.
