Considering how in the other gaming thread your interacting with him in he is stating one of the primary if not the main desire he wants from games is female characters to coom to I think you are being quite generous in engaging is fairly obvious red herrings about him being triggered on a Woman wearing makeup.
He's too coy to even state clearly what his issue with it is. Just that it's an issue with him.
The fact he's incapable of understanding why Women try and look presentable in public being mystifying to him either leads one to thinking his arguments are merely meant to be trollish/spurious or that he's suffering from untreated mental health or behavioral issues. Take ng his arguments to a reasonable conclusion that when Women make themselves look nice, it's solely for the male gaze maybe he's suffering from uncomfortable sexual attraction to female relatives when they went to Church or Grocery Shopping or PTA School meetings. Or with children and teenage girls who dressed nice or used even minimal makeup whilst in public. It's hard to fathom a reason why with so little clarity offered. But it's clearly a topic he's desperate to discuss.
It's very odd since the discussion was initiated with a pretty normal looking Gaming YouTube video and he felt compelled to discuss his sexual attraction to Women and showing a surprising befuddlement with basic social norms combined with a refusal to engage substantially in that discussion he wanted to have.
