If you use wifi, you can be tracked by the last public router you used. If you use mobile data, you get tracked by the tower you connected to. Either way, you are screwed.

If you really, really don't want to be tracked or you want to have real privacy, you have to go off the grid for all intents and purposes. No credit cards, no cellphones, no social media etc.

I was just explaining the sad fact that there is no way to have real privacy aside from basically unplugging from the Modern world and even then you will leave a trail unless your parents left the modern world before you cause you will still have records like birth certificate and schooling, etc.
