...What even is this?

What relationship to the 'cultural right' are Hitler and Stalin supposed to have?

Is this just trying to be funny by sheer absurdism?

Making being gay illegal and calling it degeneracy. Sending them to gulags/concentration camps. Nazbol is let’s have a communist dictatorship focused on the nation state that also is only for whites and removes minorities and the LGBT.

...That's far from enough to make them culturally right. 'The right' has never supported gulags or concentration camps, and the American right at least has never wanted to 'remove' minorities or LGBT. It has thought LGBT is immoral, but that's not the same thing as trying to expel or kill off such people.

In direct contrast to the 'cultural right' the Soviets and Nazis both:
-Were aggressively atheistic.
-Wanted to tear down traditional familial structures for loyalty to the state first.
-Did not believe in free speech.
-Did not believe in law & justice.
-Did not believe in the right to keep and bear arms.
-Did not believe in free market economics.
-Did not believe in small government.

I could go on.

Having one or two elements of secondary commonality with the right, while having core commonalities with the left, does not make them culturally right.

Some things the Soviets and Nazis have in common with the left:
-Belief in government control of basically everything.
-Political repression of ideological opponents.
-Active persecution of Christians & Jews. (Granted this isn't something the left started until post-WWII)
-Belief in legal status based on identity ('Aryan,' 'Worker,' or 'Protected minority.')
-Support of wealth redistribution.
-Strong tendency towards cult of personality.
-Rounding up people based on their ethnicity and putting them into camps (Japanese internment camps).
-Distrust of free markets.

If you have been raped you need to go to the police and make a police report. You need to do this as quickly as possible yes it will be unpleasant. They will ask some probing questions and will ask for samples. The police do not do this to be assholes they do this because they honestly want to help capture your rapist.

If your worried about retrebution rape sheild laws have been in effect for over 30 years now.

If you have been raped go to the police that is the proper channel, social media is not the proper channel and by going there instead of the police you may just destroy the criminal case against your rapist.

Not only that, but with the cultural shifting the sympathies will go to the supposed rapist, as more and more people get the impression that most women lie about their rape and are trying to get back at the accused.

Commies hate Israel though.

Yes, and the right-wing response to people trash-talking Israel in political or similar discussions is generally trying to explain how they're wrong.

Authoritarian Right in the US is almost exclusively going to try to deal with things it doesn't like with social pressure. Banning drugs would be one of few things you can legitimately say the right has tried to use government power to implement. Unless we've gotten to the point where murder and theft being illegal is only an 'authright' position, anyways.

The drug war was more bipartisan than people realize. Look at Clinton.

Oh, I know. But it's one government-control policy that people can actually legitimately say the right supported fairly whole-heartedly, unlike a lot of other things that were either fringe, or wholly leftist that they've tried to rewrite history on once their positions became political cancer to keep holding.

Like slavery and segregation.
