Because opioid crisis is something to be celebrated.

Prior to the second world war, Romania was in the mists of a scientific revolution, producing a huge amount of pattents, after communism came in, the scientific progress halted.
Just like every other country when commies come.Well, not all were in scientific revolution - but each and every become worst.
But there is one thing they almost did - Caucescu was poor villager,so he decided that all people should live in towns.
So,they gathered people from few villages, build hauses withot toilets or central heating, and poor people must live there.
They lived as bad as in their old huts or worst - but they were townspeople now.

The funniest stories(in a graveyard humour sense) about Ceaucescu Romania were the one about the nicknames they gave Ceaucescu's programs. Ceaucescu's rape of Bucharest to rebuild it in his ideal city image was termed "Ceaushima"("Ceaucescu"+"Hiroshima"). Ceaucescu also started building giant buildings to serve the same function as city markets would serve on other places. Yet, there was no food to fill the shelves of these buildings, because Ceaucescu was exporting all the food he produced to pay off his foreign debt. So the buildings were nicknamed "Carnivals of Famine".

I wonder... have there been any Communist dictators who weren't crazy sociopaths?
