Apparently there was an accident in a town called Noralisk in the arctic circle.

Seems like local authorities didn’t respond quickly and Putin has declared an emergency

Norilsk already is one of the most polluted places in the world(1% of the SO2 emissions of the world come from there), what's 20,000 tons of diesel fuel more?

Some heads are gonna roll, because they failed to report it to Moscow, which means media reprted it first, making Putin look like fool.
