Frankenstein vrs freddy Krueger

I don't really see this fight going well for Frankenstein's monster (assuming we're talking about the titular creation here). You may say, "well, doesn't Freddy only get powers in the dream world?" That's not entirely true.

Apparently you can pull him out of the dreamworld in NMOESt. part 1, if you're lucid enough and manage to get a hold of him right when you wake up. But it doesn't really do much good. He's a bit weaker in the real world, but certainly not a mere mortal. Nancy turns her back on him and tells him "I will not participate in fear. This fear you created!" And that seems to defeat him, as he vanishes. But we learn a minute later that he simply just reverted back to the dreamworld, as if nothing ever happened.. This also happens in the original deleted director's ending, thus it's canon.

There's also the issue on whether the ending of part 1 simply is also a dream as well or not..

In part 3, he leaves the dreamworld on his own accord due to his grave being disturbed. He deals with the issue and seemingly also has a lot of his supernatural powers intact here as well. After he deals with the problem, he simply returns back to the dreamworld; "Now, where were we?" Since Nancy also is in this movie, it seems she realized it didn't help one bit to drag him into the real world, as this plot point isn't even discussed here.

I think the real question is, how did they even get to the point where they could get in a fight to begin with? Does the Frankenstein monster even sleep? If not, it would take a ROB or contrived fan-fiction plot to even get them in the same room together.
