Five minutes of hate news

In general, university is all about your grades, passing all your subjects, and if you graduating with honors.
I'd say the influence usually comes from pop culture, Hollywood and social media.

My Western History Teacher in college tried using the barbarian Goths invading and taking over Rome after being allowed in as a justification for Europe’s take over by the Muslims

My teacher in that one Gender Studies class kept on saying that the West was just as bad as Saudi Arabia somehow, even when she admitted Western Feminism was a thing

Don’t underestimate the abilities of educators to indoctrinate people, especially the moment it becomes less about what actually happened in Ancient Europe and more when it suddenly starts leading to narratives about how socially progressive Islam is and such

Guys trying to proclaim some bullshit-cynical-idealistic underdog and oppressor narrative can catch the attention of people more than some dude explaining how chemistry works

yes, the point of college/university should be about grades and passing. But thats not what the universities/colleges do. I have posted about this before how they indoctrinate people to hate their own nation and ethnicity.

And yes, the pop-culture and hollywood and social media is also a problem. A major problem.

Fortunately/Unfortunately, their attempts at “teaching” through both look to be too increasingly obvious to the point they have to get parents to agree to NOT be watching or looking at their online classes

I’m honestly not sure if they know how to write a message “subtly” anymore

Or even know to NOT bash one’s audience

Pity you can't sue the university or college. "I am paying you X amount of dollars for a degree to get a good job. Not to have my mind washed and pressed. Now do your job or face a lawsuit about false advertisement."

Aside from that, as pointed out by the guy posting that from his online class, onto that reddit page

His teacher was pressuring him to comply and his classmates were really disliking him for having an issue with it

And this was from a Chemistry class

SJWism or Far Leftism helps in providing the basis for cliques of a sort

With it, I expect classmates to bully certain people with their teacher’s approval

Illegal and highly immoral and against what a teacher is for? Sure, but that doesn’t stop even those teachers from being a bunch of pedophilic rapists too

Your parents should ask for a refund.
Eh, if you will took up a law, medicine, engineering or nursing degree, you'd care more about your grades, graduating with honors, and passing your licensure exam.

I think those STEM guys are mostly safe, for now, so long as their professors aren't compromised

But yeah, even then, in the end they will still have the choice to go and learn elsewhere and as much as possible try faking it(badly)

The people who come for further indoctrination via those Non-STEM subjects probably should have had smarter parents and those courses and subjects should have been cut from the government's budget

Well, I don't think so. Like I said to Carl, it depends. Because the universities have this aim to get to the top of licensure exams. So if they don't teach their students, their University will not have as many students passing licensure exams.

Universities used to have that aim. Some still do.

Many are now run by activists, not educators. People who see the university as a tool for their woke ideology, nothing more.

I'm either really lucky or really dense since I haven't seen any SJW crap so far during my College Education and I'm a Public Policy Major.

Also, the US isn't really set up around liscensure exams except in a few jobs, and those are usually jobs that require more schooling and are more pass fail (like the bar exam, or a teaching license).
Yeah, generally in Asian universities, it's more about your grades and passing the licensure exam. Your parents are sending you to school, so usually you really need to pass college and get the licence of your degree to use it.
