The Combined strength of
  • Fallout 2 Enclave
  • Fallout 3 Enclave
  • Fallout 4 Enclave
  • Fallout Amazon Enclave
Appear in Night City, the Enclave seek to kick out Arasaka Corporation by any means necessary. All the assets of the Enclave mentioned are transported to a super sized Vault Tech like Vault that's one thousand feet underground and more than large enough to hold all their resources and manpower with plenty enough space to expand and develop.

The enclave prep for one year during this prep their recon forces gather information on the setting and structure of night city while also manufacturing more weapons and train more recruits. When the time arrives Frank Horrigan leads the charge with a "vanguard" battalion worth of Enclave Troopers while on the roof top of Arasaka tower three Sigma Squads are dropped to sabotage the defenses of the facility.

To access the CEO Floor, you actually have to proceed through several levels of the Upper Atrium which is multiple levels to fight through, plus Arasaka Tower has a high level command center, like the Presidential Bunker, from which they can (and have) run Wars from. I'm not sure what the bunker defenses are, but I imagine it'd take some time cracking into it if the leadership manages to make it inside. The main drawback is the lack of heavy weapons from the Arasaka types in Cyberpunk 2077. The Power Armor would obviously offset the speed advantage I feel the various modified Arasaka defenders and the like would possess and the Arasaka types would just be more squishy. But in close combat... I mean... melee could be a useful thing to use against the Enclave soldiers if only to disarm them and otherwise disrupt them. Not Frank Horrigan of course, he can pack a punch.

I do feel like AV-4's, the militarized Arasaka ones, would be far better then the Vertibirds. The rooftop landing would have to be planned very well lest they get shot down I feel and we see if Frank Horrigan can walk away from a 150 floor drop onto the pavement. :sneaky:

Hmm let's not forget that melee the Power Armor troopers are gonna have the advantage

Maximus NOT trying to kill his opponents sends them flying with a casual back hand

A single punch sends the Ghoul several meters backwards hard enough to shatter the wooden stairs behind him

Now idk about you but a fully stocked vending machine which looks a lot less bulky than the Nuke Cola ones should weigh around 500-800 pounds.

They'll have some advantages, but Arasaka types can utilize stealth and bullet time cyberware as well as melee arms or weapons in close range combat. I think it's pretty telling that Yao Guai were able to take out the glorious Knight Titus but also the Ghoul and even Thaddeus the Manneus was able to evade blows from the Power Armor. In the final battle that mobility plus the darkness was scene and even though it was apparently ineffectual, one of the NCR militants was even able to climb up onto the Knight.

And Knight weapons are very vulnerable. Knight Titus lost his. And Maximum fumbled his pistol in the fight with The Ghoul. Plus you can see it happen often enough in Fallout New Vegas where a sufficient bonking gets a person to fumble large weapons. Plus they can run and jump and in an office/close quarters and poorly lit environment, the Enclave types will be having a very rough time I feel.

Arasaka has global reach, orbital assets, SSTO tech and sizable production capabilities.

CP2077 has some legitimately impressive military assets, like the Basilisk and that old spider walker.

Even if you whank up the Enclave's tech they are a lot smaller and they will not be able to replace a lot of their tech.

Arasaka wins in most scenarios.

Hmm could Enclave coerce a stalemate? I feel like a vault tech bunker 1,000 feet underground would be a bitch to invade especially with narrow hallways as choke points ml.

Why when Saka can just pour in concrete, or toxic gas, or flammable liquids in?

There was a fun story about some tunnel the Nazis thought they would hold indefinitely during WWI, well, the Russians got a big ass gun and lined it up with the entrance.

And I am pretty sure Saka has access to various types of bunker busters and area denial weapons.

A rando rockstar with a grudge on a drunken bender managed to acquire a mini-nuke, after all. :D

That said, wasting ordnance does not make you money, and some Enclave tech might be useful, so Saka just might try and make a deal with em.

One change they might have is to get help from the NUSA/Militech and their other supporters.

The Enclave just clear it out though with one year prep time they'd be prepared for that sort of stuff.

Yeah filling up your headquarters with concrete and poison gas doesn't seem like a Win to me. :p

Concrete can get turned into goo and Fallout power armor protects against poison gas, I think the Enclave are being sold :p

Dodging bullets ain't gonna help you when lasers are much faster and there's a whole wall of them coming at you, does Cyberpunk have any radiation resistance? Cause they can irradiate the hell out of Arasaka armies pretty easily

According to the lore leading up to Cyberpunk 2077 though the Arasaka Corporation was able to ward off the threatened invasion by an NUSA Army Division by stationing a Supercarrier nearby.

We don't know it's capabilities or anything but that would imply Arasaka has the High Ground advantage in possible air supremacy.

They may have the high ground but the Enclave have also their orbit weapon satellite.

Remember this is eeeeeeverything, if their satellite can take down Liberty Prime I'm sure it can take a mere Supercarrier down and when it goes it'll demoralize Arasaka forces more.than Frank Horrigan butchering scores of their best forces with ease!

Remember that the Enclave will have more numbers than usual because their forces are combined from the previous games so that's FO3 manpower added with FO2 manpower, then they have their genetically modified super German Shepard that can slaughter a RAD roach!

The Bradley-Hercules Satellite wasn't mentioned in the OP. :p

But even if it was, Cyberpunk 2020 space has been militarized since 2020. I don't think much was detailed in Cyberpunk 2077 but already by 2020 various governments were planning or constructing space based warships. The United States Air Force was planning a Space Carrier, while the European Space Agency had two Space Battleships under construction with the Soviets having built one and having another one under construction. The United States had two battleships under construction. Space weaponry include radar or heat seeking conventional and nuclear missiles, concentrated lasers, railguns, particle beams and kinetic kill weapons which are like giant space based flechette shotguns. Also got chaff/flares, anti-laser aerosols, countermissiles and EW systems/jammers as well as various levels of armor for defense.

There's also wider use of Space Planes known as Deltas which are suborbital interceptors which can also be utilized in deep space operations due to having dual use engines/propulsion systems. They are armed with chemical lasers, anti-satellite missiles, space-to-space missiles and kinetic kill mines. The USAF as of 2020 had 118 of them in service.

I'd be surprised if 57 years later Arasaka has no space weaponry or craft.

That's an asset of the Enclave and it's in Fallout 3 :p

That's nice but once the carrier is down Araska mooks will flee in terror from the might of the Enclave!

And as they're fighting the Enclave with R&D or add Cyberpunk tech to their own forces but it'll be impossible for Araska to do the same because Fallout tech will only be able to be explained by Fallout Scientists.

Japanese wouldn't surrender after losing a Supercarrier. They lost like four at Midway and it just pissed them off more.

Plus, much like the Battle of Philippine Sea where Japan lost even more carriers, it wouldn't affect the outcome because it occurred outside of the game zone.
