Europesia - 1792: Europe is divided into 13 new islands

ASB idea taken from Atreides Akbar on another forum:

On January 1, 1792, an ASB, visited our planet and analyzed the situation in Europe, and saw that in that same year, the continent would be immersed in a series of conflicts that would last at least a decade and that soon after its end, would be responsible for a new series of conflicts with greater intensity.

So he decided to intervene in its own way and divide Europe into 13 new islands, as shown in the map below.

He reorganized all the continental and maritime relief, smoothed the reliefs when necessary, so that there were no big cliffs on the coast or on land, if a certain country lost a river or lake in this geological change, he rebuilds them.

He created a butterfly net so that there would be no climate change and no loss of crops and cities that were once located on the border with some country, became port cities with all the naval infrastructure built and provided countries without a navy with 15 cruisers and 10 warships and large amphibious craft.

As a result of the ASB's mental intervention, all people on the planet treat this event and the changes as normal, avoid asking why, how it happened.

Notes: Portugal and Spain still share a border / The Iberian Peninsula and France are on the same longitude as Madeira Island, but maintaining the same latitude.

What is the situation in Europe and the World after that event?

Made it 1789.And,we would have peaciful world - Russia have navy, but it sucked,so there would be no Partition of Poland.
Considering that this scenario help countries with good navies,England,France and maybe Spain would be stronger here.

P.S it would be ships-of -the- line and frigates.

Poland-Lithuania is missing some of its territory, but it may have finally gotten the message about needing to reform itself internally by this point. This is probably good for Polish independence, and Polish constitutionalism. I don't know if it is any more useful for promoting civic equality or social mobility of Polish peasants or artisans than OTL.

I wonder if the Ottoman Empire effectively splits between European and Asian centers, with the Asian portion (and Egypt & Libya) being more traditionalist, Islamic fundamentalist, responsive to the ulema, and resistant to reform, and the European portion (and Tunis) being more reformist, tolerant, with more inclusion of Christians in ruling circles, ie Phanariotes.

The Kingdom of Two Sicilies will have to build itself up into a naval power, or find stronger naval allies, or its economy will be devastated by Barbary Pirates. The newer, wetter Europe of coasts will be a playground of raid and ransom opportunities for the pirates at first, but it will encourage national navies, that can get motivated to align and smash pirate nests.

RON/PLC was a wonderful country.

It may lose territory, but it loses the connection to Russia, and the only way it can get in is through a naval invasion, which requires a large fleet, and even so, the landing will be small enough that even a 100,000-man army should be enough to throw the Russians into the Sea. Fleet is a little bit worse because the Commowealth doesn't have it, unless Gdansk lends its own. Besides, the only thing they have is to hire Pirates as Privateers. Until they build a decent fleet. The other thing is that if ASB cuts off the territory so that there is no war, Gdansk should become an island north of Poland, because it was still subject to her.

The most important thing for Poland now is to build up the fleet and the nobility will have no excuse like a century before. Three times lucky, right?
This is probably good for Polish independence, and Polish constitutionalism.
Very, the Constitution of May 3rd has already been introduced and there is finally a chance that it will be in force on the whole Polish territory and not like OTL that it will be in force only on the Central territories for a year and a half.
And I just realized that there is no PLC anymore for a year, there is only Kingdom of Poland. This constitution abolished the Federation and the division into Poland and Lithuania. There is now only Poland. And most importantly, Catherine cannot now, like Putin, do a "Special Military Operation" at the request of the Targowiczans because the sea separates Russia from Poland. Catherine will be forced either to recognize the independence of Poland or to declare war on Poland what de facto will bury the protectorate of Russia over Poland. (OTL did not do this in order not to give a pretext to Prussia and Austria to intervene against Russia).
I don't know if it is any more useful for promoting civic equality or social mobility of Polish peasants or artisans than OTL.
Well, the Constitution partly abolished some of the privileges that had been suffocating Polish cities for over three hundred years and first of all gave municipal self-government to royal cities, so craftsmen will finally be able to redeem themselves and Polish cities will grow.
As for the peasants, dopciw lies in the fact that while the constitution may not have liberated them, but took them under the royal protection, you see to the end it made dead the privilege prohibiting peasants to leave the village de facto. Because this famous privilege was in fact from the very beginning a dead legal regulation the execution of which depended on whether a given nobleman had enough strength to enforce it against another nobleman. Because there were no state bodies which could help him in this matter, hence the theoretically tied Polish peasants were in practice very mobile and able to work in many fields for many lords at the same time. And when they ran away from their lord, he usually did not pursue them, because with the level of roads in old Poland it was like looking for a needle in a haystack.

So while theoretically the peasants were not allowed to do much, in practice they were allowed to do a lot, and the whole thing depended on whether a given lord was a good enough farmer that the peasants did not run away en masse, and what's more, they ran away to him. You see, the greatest defenders of serfdom in the old Polish Republic were... the peasants themselves. Who had the greatest benefit from it, and their masters, because of the lack of money to be able to withstand the transition period, had to continue to keep serfdom, only the rich managed to go through this period and effectively changed it into rent.
