With the benefit of being able to live practically anywhere
All while being safe from nuclear bombs and being able to produce things like your own food for centuries to a near indefinite period of time?
Real Vaults without the sociopathically ultra evil experiments on the inhabitants
How would the Cold War change knowing that people can survive the bombs themselves while being away from harm and that perhaps the designs somehow get leaked out for preppers to try building themselves?
Would the USSR switch to trying to sabotage every single one of them? Would they all be recquired to only be government owned or related?
