Communists may talk a great deal about equality, but they aren't actually for it, as their actions show otherwise.
Because equality isn’t possible and because we are naturally socially hierarchical and so the state never actually withers away. It doesn’t do a good job of factoring in the nature of human beings, much like libertarianism and classical liberalism.

Yes. What no one likes to remember is that not only couldn't he prove it after he said he could (after taking money to do so, this is fraud) but that he recanted of his opinion later in life anyway.

Not being able to prove a thing after you claim you can isn't so much fraud as par for the course in research in any century. The thing that made it Fraud and embezzlement was his repeatedly refusing to cite his own research and do the math or deviate as S'task noted.

That he then IRL copeposted by publishing a book wherein he called the Pope a retard and basically defamed the guy before the whole of Christendom...TBH he's lucky all he got was house arrest and the place where he was put on house arrest would be what Americans consider an upper middle class house in the burbs.

Much torture, such evil

Leftist would answer, that people simply do not try hard enough.Pol Pot killed 50% of population and get nothing? well,if we kill 99% of population,we would create perfect society, right?
From logical point of viev, you could say nothing against such claims.
