Here's some info on the current state of the PC part market:


TL;DW: Supply is a bit pinched due to shipping disruptions, but new stock should be appearing in early June. It'll probably sell fast, so be ready to jump on it ASAP.

You should look to grab a 650 watt, 80+ (preferably silver or better) fully modular power supply immediately, then wait on reviews for the B550 boards. GPUs are also supply constrained, but you can just get a used RX 580 and rock that for a bit before upgrading to a better GPU at the end of the year.
