I am pretty sure the Mask has pretty high fests, too.
He broke the 4th wall a few times and his durability is close to that of a Loonye Toom main character.
More like a tie.
I can imagine them hitting each other with oversized wooden mallots for a good long while, and doing 5d wedgies on each-other.
Bugs Bunny has been aroiund for almost ninety years, his body of potential feats is probably ridiculous. No one is citing anything because ain't no one got time to watch a few thousand hours worth of material of course. Bugs Bunny habitually breaks the 4th Wall on a pretty constant basis as well. It's where a lot of his trademark lines and mottos come from after all. "Of course, you know this means war." and "Be with you in a minute folks!" etc.
Just doing wedgies and hitting people with mallets might make sense with the original immature incarnations of Bugs Bunny when he was akin to Daffy Duck, but not wanting Bugs Bunny to be like a bully, cartoonists gave him a workover so he resembled the cool confidence of a Clark Gable style protagonist in his personality. So he can act far more collected despite his seeming juvenile and lackadaisical nature, certainly a level above that of The Mask.
I feel Bugs Bunny is more experienced, has more feats, is far more intelligent, and has less limits then The Mask, who actually has to wear the Mask to operate effectively. The Mask through his comparatively scant showings, has often had to contest with adversaries far below the level of that of Toonforce villains like Count Blood Count and Marvin the Martian etc. Bugs Bunny could trick the Mask, who does seem rather gullible, with his superior guile or even those Toonforce level terrible disguises he uses that trick everyone except Daffy Duck.
