After decades of near global domination, the Fourth Reich is starting to fracture all around the world with rebellions and resistance campaigns taking place in the Americas, Asia and even Europe itself. This also includes Africa. Not too long ago, the vaunted and expanded Afrika Korps once seemed poised to dominant the continent under its subjugation, but with the fracturing of the Fourth Reich worldwide, its position in Africa has weakened, slowing its subjugation and extermination campaign. Now is the time to seize the opportunity to decisively bring about a unified resistance on the African Front as well as prepare them for responsible leadership in the Post-War world.

But which notable leader should lead the African Forces to victory and play a key role in Post-War Africa?

The Candidates

Preston Garvey (Fallout 4) - Classical Liberalism, Individualism, Federalism, Anti-Authoritarianism, Rule of Law, Natural Law
- After an annoying amount of time leading behind the scenes, Preston Garvey has risen up from his humble roots to take charge of his burgeoning Commonwealth. The military arm, known as the Minutemen, are based off of the concept of a well drilled militia of citizen soldiers to protect the population from aggression and maintain order. Though their movement is currently comparatively small, the success they've had in settlements they liberated has shown the positives of their movement, having proven resilient despite almost being wiped out on a few occasions. Their main issue is the lack of substantial support in regards to military power and technology beyond local grassroots efforts.

Keith David (Saints Row IV) - Centrism, Unilateralism, Populism, Reactionary, Anti-authoritarianism, Minarchist-Capitalism
- Those are words, but it's hard to nail down the exact political ideology and philosophy that this former actor, turned political candidate and freedom fighter possesses. Having conquered the performing arts, Keith David joined the infamous (and infamously wealthy) private military cartel known as 'The Saints' to fight back against Fourth Reich aggression, rising to becoming 'Vice President' of the organization. Dispatched to Africa, his personal charisma, reputation with the Saints and being a pop culture phenomenon means he is as instantly popular as he is capable of leadership. During his operations in Africa, he's even made initiatives to actually curing world hunger in the regions they've liberated.

Daisy Fitzroy (Bioshock: Infinite) - Anarchism, Anti-Authoritarian, Egalitarian, Workers Control, Populism
- After escaping her fate as a convict turned housekeeper, the latent genius that was Daisy Fitzroy soon founded her own resistant group, the Vox Populi, that quickly gathered members and grew more popular and militant among the lower classes, transcending tribal, colonial and even racial barriers with her populist and revolutionary appeal towards the workers and the common people. Their idealism combines many elements of left-libertarianism with themes of Marxism, and the eradication of racial and social boundaries. They have a highly successful, broad based revolution established though there are concerns that revanchism and excess can only be reigned in by the leaderships charismatic authority. For her sake, Daisy Fitzroy has rejected the idea of collective punishment, rewarding members of her revolutionary movement on a meritocratic and individual basis.

James Solomon (Command & Conquer) - Conservatism, Nationalism, Modern Republicanism, Multilateralism, Militarism.
- James Solomon is a graduate of the US Military Academy at West Point and Army Ranger. Joining a multinational military and peacekeeping force known as the Global Defense Initiative, he led a largely conventional campaign across Africa with technologically advanced force that used local resources and recruitment to sustain their impressive offensive against the outer environs of the Afrika Korps authority, smashing both their forces and that of their satellite and client or vassal states in battle after battle while also securing the area enough for successful counterinsurgency campaigns for any stay behind partisan operations. His main desire is the security and protection of humanity and establishing the international framework, militarily and politically, to achieve that peace... at any cost!

Erik Killmonger (Marvel Cinematic Universe) - Black and Ethnic Nationalism, Militarism, Revanchism, Authoritarianism, Black Liberation,
- Erik Killmonger is a former American Special Forces operator and assassin who in the wake of the spread of the Nazis across the world, travelled to the mysterious isolated Kingdom of Wakanda. Through a previously unknown lineage, he was able to rightfully seize the throne of Wakanda by disposing of its previous Monarch in a trial by combat and has gradually revealed that Wakanda, though small, is a technologically advanced nation and has pursued a ruthless policy of countering the Afrika Korps and liberating the continent for his people, as in all Africans. While known to be ruthless and ambitious, he is tactically cunning and a highly skilled super soldier and leader of a sovereign African state. While willing to work with his previous 'employers' he has made statements of desiring to pursue justice for all of the grievances taken against his people, not just the Fourth Reich.

How would you rank the following five potential Pan-African resistant leaders, both in conducting operations to liberate Africa and defeat the Fourth Reich, the Afrika Korps and their client/vassals as well as securing the peace in the aftermath of the Post-War World?
