Batman (Comics) vs Vought (The Boys)

Bruce Wayne is dropped into Amazon's versions of the Boys. He starts out with nothing - no supplies or materials, just naked (Batman: Damned style) and on his own.

As for relevant comics, you can use any comics that involve Bruce Wayne without Bruce Wayne actually being Superman or BatGod or whatever. Basically if its Bruce Wayne Batman as a human, its fair game.

His goals:
1. The death or incarceration of all villainous 'superheroes.'
2. The dismantling of Vought as a company.

Assume the Bat is willing to kill in this scenario, though he will still be reluctant to do so.

How long would it take him to accomplish this? Would he be able to do it?

Bonus: Same as the initial prompt, but comics instead of Amazon's The Boys.

Bruce has this in the bag he doesn't have access to tech via Wayne Enterprises or anything like that, but he is a lot smarter on any given day than Billy Butcher and The Boys. He would carefully case out every member of The Seven for weaknesses of any sort and trust me once he has them it's over.

1. Translucent is easiest as he as even Hugie could figure out the vulnerability to electricity or the bomb ingested something Bruce will remember easily based off experiences with Waller.
2. Starlight is another easy one lure her to a place that's remote with no light possibly by kidnapping her parents.
3. A-Train is another easy one either a paralysis-based drug slipped into a drink or alternatively if Batman is aware of his heart condition overdosing him on compound V could also do the trick.

Above these Black Noir, Homelander, Queen Maeve, The Deep are the only ones left, but they all have insane durability from here it depends on just how much info he can acquire on them if Bruce finds out that Noir has a tree nut allergy, he is dead plain and simple.

Similarly, if he discovers information specifically concerning Soldier Boy his capture and the experiments on him, he probably will take out both Maeve and The Deep with novichok leaving just Homelander to deal with which will obviously be the biggest challenge.

I can only see a few ways Bats could win against Homelander with minimal funding provided the novichok doesn't work on him, he still needs to breath and provided Bruce uncovers the Russians research on Soldier Boy and he attempts to weaponize it, he might be able to catch Homelander off guard by trapping him in a place permeated by radiation to the point he is too weak to escape and then asphyxiating him to death.

Even without access to Wayne Tech and Morrison run fears, Bruce is basically diet soda Dr Doom and that's about an order of magnitude out of Voughts league.
