At the start of World War I, late 1914 Germany is ISOT'd back in time to 1872 and 1872 Germany is ISOT'd forward in time to late 1914

What if, at the start of World War I, late 1914 Germany is ISOT'd back in time to 1872 and 1872 Germany is ISOT'd forward in time to late 1914? Just how long would it take the Entente to defeat 1872 Germany combined with 1914 Austria-Hungary in World War I? And just how well would 1914 Germany have fared in the world of 1872? What specifically would it have done differently over the next 40+ years, in addition to taking advantage of its greatly enhanced military and economic power, at least for a while?
