Presumably, somehow Earth gets access to the technology and designs which make it so that they can harvest and control Argent Energy

But for whatever the reason, also come with extra precautions and a constant insistence to RIP & TEAR demons and cultists as standard safety procedure

How will harvesting energy from hell itself be taken by the people of the world? How will religious organizations take it philosophically speaking? Will energy corporations try being the first to build said designs en masse instead or try destroying them or getting them banned and deemed unsafe?

Even with all of the heroic rip and tear the Doomguy did, the demons still ravaged the Earth, so religious people are in the right and edgy atheists are wrong. There is a cure for smallpox and just as we use hell energy to cure out energy problems, we will use hell energy to make the weapons to “cure” demons from hell pretty fucking easy

Sorry it sounds like a terrible idea. These Demons have conquered seemingly scads of worlds and dimensions and there's no reason to assume Human exceptionalism or that we were the first to try the novel idea if slaughtering all the natives and taking their resources.

Most personal weapons would be negligible in effectiveness against anything stronger then an Imp considering the weakest long arms in the game is an assault rifle that fires "high velocity" .50 ammo and a chaingun that fires 14mm rounds. We don't fully understand either how their teleporting works or more importantly how their corruption works in imbuing scientists with the desire to advance Hells expansion. And we don't have proper ways of countering either. And no idea on their numbers or resources and thus are basically investing in a war which they can lose every battle repeatedly while we can only afford to lose once since we would only have the depth of one planet and maybe some nearby colonies.
