What If? An Avengers Age of Ultron What if.

What if during the events of Avengers Age of Ultron. Ultron never turns evil. What if Ultron goes the complete opposite route. Ultron becomes so noble he can actually lift Mjolnir. How would this one change affect the rest of the events in the MCU?

Well...Tony gets to change his name to Captain Snark because that's all we'll get out of him at this point.
Real Ripples:
-Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver may never happen now.
-Does the Civil War happen now? Possible, but in a much different way.
-Infinity War still likely happens as Thanos doesn't care about Tony's 'suit around the whole world.'
-Hydra becomes less of a problem as no computer is safe from Ultron. Between him and Jarvis sifting info, hiding in the interwebs is gonna be problematic once they start looking for you.

Just my first thoughts.

Depends on Ultron's modus operandi. The simplest option would be Vision 2.0 as a single superpowerful robot, slightly ahead of schedule with essentially minimal changes to canon. The interesting option would be heroic!Ultron who still retains all of Ultron's canonical abilities. Bodies aren't important, he's got whole armies of disposable drones with special but ultimately replaceable-if-necessary one-offs made from Klaue’s Vibranium, the Infinity Stone from Loki's Scepter, etc.

Somewhere in a bunker deep in Eastern Europe. A bunch of Hydra Agents are drinking Coffee mixed with Liquor wondering how their best laid plans got fubared by a Robot.
