Amazon Prime Amazon-Kindle Order-Problem

I'm having a problem with my recent Amazon orders

Something along these lines
"We are having difficulty processing your payment, so are unable to proceed with your Kindle order (#).

Txxx [Kindle Edition]

Please go to the following page within 7 day(s) to make sure that the payment information for this order is correct:"

"Payment Revision Needed"

Thing is when I actually try going to the page, it goes "Safari Can't Open Page" or "Failed to Open Page" and I swear this has happened before a number of times before it eventually goes away, even when my credit card's fully operational elsewhere and hasn't expired

I fixed the problem with the cookies, now it’s back to the usual sort of looping problem
