What If? All Weapons were "Nerfed"?

Try building your own musket even, it will be replaced with a literal Nerf-Musket

Bazooka? Grenade Launcher? Cannon? Rocket Launcher? Literally all nerfed

Even the tanks and battleships are "nerfed"

Crossbows and Bow&Arrow also get "nerfed"

How does combat evolve to take into account how virtually everybody is stuck with non-lethal weaponry

Even a nuclear bomb will just release a massive cloud of nerf bullets, falling down on everyone....okay that may kill some people especially if it falls from a really high altitude

Yes

Even more when the spoon and fork also gets nerfed when you try using it as a weapon, imagine trying to kill someone with a big plastic fork without anything like sharp edges

If you can't shoot, bludgeon, or stab people to death, then you'll need to either burn them or suffocate them to death.

If rope doesn't automatically turn into pool noodles, then I'd imagine a sort of launcher would be created that would shoot rope at people's necks that would then close up and be reeled in, chocking the person to death. Or everyone just throws lassos at each other.

If even rope is turned into pool noodles, then at that point you're only option is to try drowning people, gassing them, or burning them. If the gas is just turned into helium and makes people talk funny, and the napalm is turned into harmless strawberry jam, and flamethrowers barely emit more flame than a candle... then at that point I guess the only way you could kill people would be killing them with your own body. Trampling them, chocking them death, hitting their head on the ground, etc.

I'm guessing Unarmed-CQC is the way to go for every single member of any nations' armed forces then

Unfortunately, as pointed out by others, "practicality" will result in less and less styles being used

Are drugs and chemicals still as effective or do they turn into water or something? How about flammable material? I think that humanity will figure out a way to rules lawyer this situation into making lethal weapons.

In the mean time, the world plunged into chaos as weapons no longer work to keep the crazies in line.

And - till somebody find a way to kill with some tool - cyvilisation would vanish and humanity turn into groups led by muscle brutes.
Except groups made from people really belive in some religion.I could imagine some old imam/pastor/rabbi/priest leading group full of muscle brutes and ordering them to kill somebody with bare hands.
