To expound on the title, a multispecies galactic civilization decides to go and welcome the human race into the galactic community and uplift them, on the basis that they see great potential, great trading partners and possibly the best mercenaries they could ever have
They do however, have a VERY huge hatred for Communism or anything leaning to it too much, and even outright bring long examples from numerous planets and races’ histories wherwin Communism or a derivative or something too close to it, brought ruin and has even made one of the most dangerous and horrible to live in galactic civilizations
They admit that while not all species or individuals are truly equal, they respect rights such as Equal Opportunity(though you may not prosper or have the qualifications), Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Entertainment, Freedom of Charity(do good without threat or reward on your own choice) and Freedom of Commerce. Combined with a sort of Gold & Silver, do unto others what you have done unto you and don’t do unto others what you would not have done to you, sorts of deals
They also give out highly accurate and Real Time information of how bad Communist governments and economies are
In essence, they won’t invade or say to outright invade the Communist countries and remove any Far Left leaning people or possible infiltrators, but they won’t stop it and they won’t trade with said Communist nations
