Gets impaled on the Claymore. All that can be discussed is how painful the impaling is depending on the angle of the drop.

Yes and no.He is too slow to kill Awakened,but,since he is sentient virus,they could not really kill him.

I never played Prototype and only picked up a bit of lore here and there. So I could be way off here.
The two big questions for any Claymore fight are going to be how fast does the opponent get and how resistant are they to being hit by a sword several thousand times a second. A glance at the wiki says he can evolve up to moving at 200-500mph, jump to the height of skyscrapers, and punch hard enough to throw people tens of feet through the air. An actual gameplay video on YouTube showed him struggling to open the hatch on a tank and driving a tank being a significant upgrade in durability and firepower compared to being on foot.
That basically puts him at maybe able to kill Yoma. Speed is insufficient for anything but maybe the weakest Claymore, his jumping is on par with their fit civilians, and his strength isn't damaging enough to overcome the BS regeneration Claymores have. Plus he's just not tough enough for the kind of "Sliced completely through several hundred times in one second" attack Claymores typically bring to bear.
That said if he can start absorbing Yoki by eating the weaker Yoma and "tech up," there's no reason to think he can't hit the upper tiers himself by effectively becoming an abyssal one. Though at that point he's just one abyssal one against several others and it would be a matter of if he's smart enough to outthink Isley which, well, Isley is the David Xanatos of the setting.
