Well, unless you count Dunk & Egg

That said, here is one thing I think I have noticed with the setting after having read fantasy stories by Robert E Howard, the guy who made Sword&Sorcery and recently Karl Edward Wagner’s Kane

To a degree be able to “solve” the mysteries of the setting, you have to realize the setting maybe inspired more by Sword & Sorcery than even historical events and regular more magical fantasy

Here are some things Sword&Sorcery usually have
1) Humans being more or less the main focus or most if not all shown characters being human
2) Magic being present, but not really useful for direct combat and as such armies are mostly regular humans
3) Ancient Lost Civilizations on top of one another
4) “Elder Races” that were/definitely around long before the human race and are currently in a long running decline
5) Eldritch Horrors or Otherworldly Entities that may be Gods or Daemons being worshipped by local humans
6) Longterm Technological Stasis. Sure the First Men advanced from Bronze to Iron, but I am guessing most of the Planetos has been for many thousands of years stuck at Iron age at the most and thus life barely really changes aside from who rules who a few centuries or millennia from now

That said, I think the White Walkers are likely an “Elder Race” with the question being if they’re native to the Planetos or from another Planet or Plane of existence

The Winters are possibly in relation to a sort of “weather machine” functioning specific ways for a few many millennia

The Bloodstone Emperor got a piece of sapient alien technology that may have subtly enslaved him, like in Kane: Bloodstone by Karl Edward Wagner
