Depends how are they being organized? They'll easily slaughter basic Yoma for years but might last minutes to seconds against any Abyssal.

They are a highly trained, highly organized unit of battle brothers that come from various chapters to act as the Chamber Militant of the Ordo Xenos.

So they are the best of the best.

Probably not on par with Grey Knights one on one but close IMHO.

What I mean is, whose giving them their orders? How well informed are they of their opponents?

If they're randomly inserted I think they last a couple years so long as they don't get involved in any big operations, Abyssals are uncommon so generally they'll have a breeze but probably run out of ammo by the end of their second or third year.

Only way to partially win is kill Organization leaders with Claymores support.
But even then,to take down Abyssals they need Exterminatus,or at least Titans.

I will give you that the various Yoma derivatives are pretty fast, but I think that you both underestimate the firepower of the marines.

I don't think the firepower is lacking until you reach Abyssals, problem is with how much Yoma there are they will run out of ammo within three years tops.
