2025 India vs Pakistan conflict

Seriously India and Pakastan have little slap fights all of the time.

But lets be honest India despite having more people, a bigger economy, a better military and better industry has never fully utilized it against Pakistan. Their wars are the international equivalent of this.

Smart money is that this is another round of ineffectual bullshit because India just doesn't have the political will to finish the job and Pakastan doesn't have the capability.

This is more than their usual slap fights.

Large scale drone and missile strikes have occurred. Fighter/Bomber sorties and dogfights have occurred. Artillery fire has happened. These are ALL outside what occurs in their normal 'slap fights'.

Pakistan has harbored terrorists for decades. They've seen how that has allowed Iran to spread influence and power so they've done the same. Now those terrorists stepped up and attacked Indian civilians. India responded just like the US would, and they blew the crap out of the terrorist's facilities in Pakistan. Pakistan decided they had to wave their dick around and struck back at India b/c India hit targets inside Pakistan where the terrorists live and train. Escalation has followed.

In my mind Pakistan is entirely responsible for all the death that has occurred so far. I hope India finally puts boot to ass here.

India has been losing every recent engagement, so don't set your watch to it. Looks like they got complacent and let Pakistan catch up to them.

India has been utterly destrying Pakistan in the arena of public perception.

India posts video evidence of every win.
India points out how every photo evidence provided by pakistan is just taking a picture from a few years ago from another conflict. like israel-hamas or russia-ukraine. and claiming it was them killing indians.

And then there is the hilarious fact that high ranking pakistani officials are getting their fake "facts" (like how many indian planes they shot down) from randos on social media. And are unable to actually bring reporters to see the shot down indian planes. its all very hilarious.

Then there are the conflicting statements by pakistan. Like how they got one minister saying they are fighting the terrorists, and another saying they are funding the terrorists. Or attending the funerals of the terrorists.

As for actual combat. india shows the exact terrorist facilities they struck, which terrorists they killed. and killcams from their missiles.

Meanwhile pakistan sent a swarm of drones to attack indian civilians and military bases and were all shot down. it is just pathetic.

I'll tell you one reason Pakistan is militarily responding with state-sanctioned combat activities
<hand cupped around mouth>It's because they're allied with the terrorists India was boming the shit out of</hand cupped around mouth>

India posts video evidence of every win
Fake evidence, you mean. They post old videos of planes and equipment being destroyed, deny losses even as they become obvious, exaggerate damages to the point of ridicule, and spend more energy on social media bots than the actual war.

And all of it for nothing. Pakistan is not going to stop supporting terrorists just because the Indians bombed a few mosques.

We're not out of the woods yet. All it takes is one miscalculation and then either China steps in on the side of Pakistan or the U.S. for India and its game over for the 'era of peaceful globalism'.

These two really can't help themselves.

Like I said these two have slap fights all of the time.

They slap bitch and moan at each other but at the end of the day Pakastan lacks capability and India lacks political will. So everytime they fight its always best to place money on nothing happens and things go back to status quo. Same thing with India and China having fist fights on the border.

India bombing Rawalpindi Noor Khan base was the “intel” that made Rubio and Vance jump up and push talks.

As a conflict between India and Pakistan escalated, Vice President JD Vance told Fox News on Thursday that it was “fundamentally none of our business.” The United States could counsel both sides to back away, he suggested, but this was not America’s fight.

Yet within 24 hours, Mr. Vance and Marco Rubio, in his first week in the dual role of national security adviser and secretary of state, found themselves plunged into the details. The reason was the same one that prompted Bill Clinton in 1999 to deal with another major conflict between the two longtime enemies: fear that it might quickly go nuclear.

**What drove Mr. Vance and Mr. Rubio into action was evidence that the Pakistani and Indian Air Forces had begun to engage in serious dogfights, and that Pakistan had sent 300 to 400 drones into Indian territory to probe its air defenses. But the most significant causes for concern came late Friday, when explosions hit the Nur Khan air base in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, the garrison city adjacent to Islamabad.**

**The base is a key installation, one of the central transport hubs for Pakistan’s military and the home to the air refueling capability that would keep Pakistani fighters aloft. But it is also just a short distance from the headquarters of Pakistan’s Strategic Plans Division, which oversees and protects the country’s nuclear arsenal, now believed to include about 170 or more warheads. The warheads themselves are presumed to be spread around the country.**

The intense fighting broke out between India and Pakistan after 26 people, mostly Hindu tourists, were killed in a terrorist attack on April 22 in Kashmir, a border region claimed by both nations. On Saturday morning, President Trump announced that the two countries had agreed to a cease-fire.

One former American official long familiar with Pakistan’s nuclear program noted on Saturday that Pakistan’s deepest fear is of its nuclear command authority being decapitated. The missile strike on Nur Khan could have been interpreted, the former official said, as a warning that India could do just that.

It is unclear whether there was American intelligence pointing to a rapid, and perhaps nuclear, escalation of the conflict. At least in public, the only piece of obvious nuclear signaling came from Pakistan. Local media reported that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif had summoned a meeting of the National Command Authority — the small group that makes decisions about how and when to make use of nuclear weapons.

Established in 2000, the body is nominally chaired by the prime minister and includes senior civilian ministers and military chiefs. In reality, the driving force behind the group is the army chief, Gen. Syed Asim Munir.

But Pakistan’s defense minister, Khawaja Muhammad Asif, denied that the group ever met. Speaking on Pakistani television on Saturday before the cease-fire was announced, he acknowledged the existence of the nuclear option but said, “We should treat it as a very distant possibility; we shouldn’t even discuss it.”

It was being discussed at the Pentagon, and by Friday morning, the White House had clearly made the determination that a few public statements and some calls to officials in Islamabad and Delhi were not sufficient. Interventions by Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates had little effect.

During his interview with Fox News, Mr. Vance had also said that “we’re concerned about any time nuclear powers collide and have a major conflict.” He added that “what we can do is encourage these folks to deescalate a little bit.”

I really should tease Rufus.

“Hey Rufus, I didn’t know the French put oval engines in their jets! How ingenious!” :ROFLMAO:
