Well for four, full dialog is a popular one. The place anywhere and erase anything as well for settlement. Outside of that I have seen settlement and companion revamp of dialog and the like Don't know much else, I usually do add one myself

Yeah the mod team reacted to what they got reception wise and adjusted. Like they should. All mods are flawed in some way

Frontier apperently got better after a while of it getting updated. Less preachy I have heard. America Rising 2 is a great 4 mod. And New California is a great NV mod

But...he landed there. The way the shot was taken makes no sense for it to land and the bullet hole be there. That...breaks physics.. Yes because it is not a round made for armor...there is a diffrence between the two. And as the website you linked for the RPD pointsds out. He has various...

Is there any hole in anything behind what he shoots? Because if not then it would be disingenuous to say the round went all the way through. Or it is partially explosive, as it explodes behind the projectile instead of at the head allowing for the amount of force. it is jist unrealatic for any...

He has some very good reasons but he is probably asleep right now. But I remember one was the environment changes to your actions. And NV was a buggy unfinished mess.like most obsidian games

@Battlegrinder I remember at one point you making a really good point as to why 3 is better then NV.

And let's look at it this way. The M113 is an APC. Yet there have been so many things based off ot its platform you would be hard pressed to find some things hard to believe they are M113s. Same base chassis, diffrent function. And each individual piece would have all that on the inside...

The underlying frsme makes more sense. And I mean, a lot of things are the same on the inside. Especially military wise. A T72 and a T90 are the same internally for the most part. Same with power armor. It isn't identical underneath, the frame os just a place to put it on.
