Minor nitpick, but Kaiser Karl died in 1922, not in 1924. Anyway, if Kaiser Karl renounces all Austrian territorial claims against Austria's neighbors, then maybe, just maybe the Little Entente can let him get away with an Austrian monarchical restoration in 1926.
