    You're right about the Ruhr, Steve: Anyway, Napoleon's rule likely won't last very long since he'll likely still die of stomach cancer in 1821 in this TL. Then his son Napoleon II should succeed him, with a regency, of course. Who the regent will be, well, I'm not sure, to be honest.
