Hell, given how high up her mother was in Vault Tec,do you think she would let her little girl out of her sight on the day the bombs fell and not make damn sure she wasn't inside a nice, safe, control or overseers vault?
You know given the prevalence of nuclear energy why didn't someone develop a Thorium reactor given the stuff is as plentiful as lead and the US has at least a thousand years supply of the stuff alone?
We stopped development because it was harder to weaponize but just basic power generation?
That's what you get when you only have 18 months to develop a game. It also doesn't help that the game is as linear as it is. You literally have to follow the path south unless you can avoid the Deathclaws to the north.
Watching THE END. The part where the nukes fell....Why didn't the kids cartoon get interrupted like the TV did in Fallout 4 with news of Nuclear Initiations in New York and Pennsylvania? Where were the air raid sirens when the nukes went off? Also is it just me or does it feel like it is...
Makes sense I mean we know there were 122 Vaults built but....who was keeping track and how many more could have been built on the sly? Say proper, long term Vaults for Vault Tech leadership? Why should they live with the riff raff?
Guys, something to consider about WHY it is a crapsack world. There is a canon faction that hates humanity and loves to experiment on us. Plus they may have caused the great war itself. They are still around and can mess with peoples heads.
So odds the Zetans are helping to fuck things over?
