I would agree. Certainly if Flynn was racked over the coals by the FBI for simply talking to the Russians and lying about it, Milley speaking behind Trump's back to the Chinese is much worse. Has he admitted to this himself or is this simply what the author claims? If it's the latter, I doubt...
