She was in one of their wars or at least was maimed in some horrific science experiment, and thus is a citizen. Her mindset mirrors that of the Federation as 99% of Civilians do. Rasczak is the exception, not the norm, as indicated by basically every other character in the film. "The Mobile...

Movies Starship Troopers: The bugs did nothing wrong

A person who evidently is an avid supporter of the federation, and has been on one of their previous unmentioned wars. The federation ideally wants all of it's populace to be unquestioning and willing to die in untold numbers at their beck and call. If you're the leader of a people, and your...

They literally call mindless cockroaches 'the ideal members of society' lmao.

Movies Starship Troopers: The bugs did nothing wrong

You never answered my question I made to you a while back. The Federation is actively (and actually succeeds in) making psychic SS troopers with the intention of swaying human thought to make a society more akin to that of the bug's. How does this make them the good guys?

That is not my argument nor has it ever been, the director doesn't even really know what fascism is because 99.9% of people don't understand it's an italian political concept instead of an overarching one. The feds lie all the time in the movie lmao.

Movies Starship Troopers: The bugs did nothing wrong

Creator is a tard and changes his mind all the times, the feds are known liars and are actively trying to make human society similar to that of the bug's.

Movies Starship Troopers: The bugs did nothing wrong

Of course, we see said meteor and it doesn't have a convenient hole bored into it. Nor does the plasma rounds appear to launch objects anyways. We're not even sure what the plasma bugs are actually even designed to do. It also doesn't answer the question of how they managed to target an object...

There's telepathy, so you're suggesting the bugs 'convinced' a rock to move? And there evidently is no such thing as an FTL bug as we never see one. :V

Read what you wrote, it cut through the ship, it didn't launch the ship into the other half of the galaxy. "They" are untrustworthy propaganda spreaders, why would they tell the truth lmao.

They don't have any in the film. The plasma is VERY slow and lacks the energy to make a meteor go where they want, let alone accurately. Also all the other planets seen with bugs are in the same system.

Humans worked it out with technology, the giant ships they fly around? Where's the giant bugships?

Movies Starship Troopers: The bugs did nothing wrong

Yeah I know the original concept was different, but that still doesn't explain how they launched a meteor. We cannot just assume ridiculous claims like 'the bugs who can barely get into space managed to snipe a country from across the galaxy'.

Verhoven is also a colossal retard, this is obvious when he couldn't be bothered to read a single novel for his future film. "They sent the meteor" can be ignored unless he gives a reason HOW they sent the meteor. It'd be like George Lucas saying "Yoda destroyed the Death Star" without...

Movies Starship Troopers: The bugs did nothing wrong

I mean in context you'd think a hyper propagandized nation would probably use their supreme leader a lot, unless they didn't want people to know who's actually in power. It'd be like Kim Jon not showing up in the newscasts in North Korea. If he's so important why isn't he regularly talking...

Movies Starship Troopers: The bugs did nothing wrong

That still doesn't mean the Sky Marshal is their supreme leader, in the whole film he doesn't seem to actually make any decisions besides starting a war...Which everyone wanted in the first place.

Movies Starship Troopers: The bugs did nothing wrong

The bugs have been around for millions of years and are smarter than most critters, they've developed the ability to colonize space after all. Even if judging by the number of bug-planets and their locations, its really ineffective. My question to you, is. Why aren't you concerned that the...

Movies Starship Troopers: The bugs did nothing wrong

I never called them fascist, other people did. As Fascism is an antiquated Italian political system it's unlikely Starship Troopers would feature it. It does obviously feature eugenics, and general political fuckery though. Sky Marshal is not their political leader. Burden of proof, show me a...

Except he absolutely is not, lmao. He's a military leader like a secretary of defense, not a political leader.

Movies Starship Troopers: The bugs did nothing wrong

The Sky Marshal isn't the leader of the Federation, it's lead by a shadowy cabal that elects Sky Marshals.

That has nothing to do with the first movie, in 1997 there is none of that.
