The way QQ does it, they relax their rules on civility in the thread (more so, even, than in the rest of the Rants subforum), but there is still such a thing as going too far, and anything said there must stay there; no carrying grudges to other threads and derailing them with your drama...

Just asking if the staff would be open to the idea of creating a Questionable Questing-style High Noon thread; a place where users could go to tell other users exactly what they think of them, without derailing other threads with passive-aggressive (or not so passive) sniping.
