Uhh... yeah, who did you THINK was taking out student loans? Lower class students get plenty of grants and assuming they tried to go to college they don't have to take out any significant loans. Further, they are unlike to go to truly expensive colleges, as they are unlikely to make the grades...

What they're functionally saying is that because Warren won't expand the Democrat's base she's inherently going to have more difficulty in a Presidential election. One of the things Trump did in 2016 is he disrupted the traditional Dem coalition by pulling out a lot of working class whites, and...

In some respects, you have to respect Sanders for that. Unlike a lot of DC pols, he's been fairly consistent with his overall politics... even if he's gone squishy on other areas (gun rights) over the years.

Assuming you can afford a lawyer? Your chances are actually better. Slander and Libel laws actually are STRONGER for random Joe Citizen than they are for any judge, politicians, or celebrity. Public figures, which all the aforementioned are, have a much harder time to actually show libel and...

The actual formal term for that stuff is "PII" meaning "personally identifiable information". It is controlled, but because PII poses no risk to national security, it falls into the "Sensitive but Unclassified" category. Federal jobs that deal with PII usually require at least a Public Trust.

As per my last refresher, I don't recall it even mentioning Confidential. Pretty sure it's no longer used. Regardless, the important ones for this were TS and SCI anyway. ;)

Two problems with this. The first is that while he had withheld the aid, there was no indication in the call that the renewal of the aid was tied into investigating Biden's son. If I recall what I heard correctly, the Ukrainians were not even aware that the aid was being held up at the time of...

Nothing. This has happened to the Dems multiple times since the 60s. Look at the 1968 Democratic National Convention, the results that had and how it eventually lead to those radicals being pushed out for a time until Nixon and the Dems retook control. Carter later lost to Reagan and you saw...
