    Isem, even if you are exactly right about a need to continue to use extreme restraint against Floyd, there was a point where they couldn't find a pulse, and the officer still didn't get off his neck. That's excessive, and has legal consequences when someone dies.

    I'll say it again, once the lockdown ends, months have passed, and the election is coming up on us or has already happened, the outcome of the trial will not result in anywhere near this level of violence.

    Put the cop up on trial. Maybe put the other officers present up on trial for negligence. Follow appropriate legal procedure, present evidence and everything. When cops do monumentally screw up and people die, they should be held accountable just like everyone else.
