I'm unsure about mass production, but by the standards of 5th generation stealth fighters the Su-57 is disgustingly cheap. As in, it's somewhere between half and a quarter of the cost of an F-22.

The SU-57 is no F-22, but given the money and resources the Russians have it is a cracking aircraft by the looks of it. Not to mention a shit ton more affordable apparently.
