If you are the ship, you don't need the crew. The hull is your skin, the engines your legs, it's reactor your heart, weapons your arms. If your brain is the AI controling most of the ships systems like Karen S'jet did you don't need a crew.

Don't the advanced Homeworld ships like the Motherships or Bentusi stuff require you to be hooked up with the ship? Hopefully the Beast isn't out there.

It does look nice, but the reason I would stay away from star wars and other conventional ships and pick something with an AI or that can pilot itself is that, well does anyone here know how to fly? Like even modern fighter jets are complex. A spaceship might be even more so. Though star wars...
