I think smoke being used is a pretty general thing in warfare that it's not particularly noticeable. And while it's obvious that smoke would make things generally less accurate, just mentioning it like it's a particularly notable feature or advantage of the Fallout Americans just seems kinda...

I mean its trench warfare in the Donbass from 2014 through 2022, there was a lot of cover and concealment there too. Smoke bombs aren't really anything game changing I feel since smoke is already a thing in the modern battlefield.
